Hockey Develpoment: $185.00
Novice: $385.00
Atom: $385.00

All cheques made payable to FFMH.
Time payments are available for those who may require it.

All new players to FFMH are required to give a copy of birth certificate.
REP TEAM TRY-OUT FEE
All players wishing to try out for a rep. Team (Atom, Pee wee, Bantam)are equired to pay a one time fee of $25.00.
VOLUNTEER COMMITTMENT
Each family is required to do 4 hours of volunteer work. A post-dated cheque for $200.00 dated Feb.14/2012 is due at time of registration. Once the volunteer duty is carried out, the following form must be filled in and signed by a FFMH Executive member and handed in to either Sheri Campbell/Special Events or placed in the drop box located in Whitney Forum lobby. Failure to hand in the completed form will result in your cheque being cashed.
FUNDRAISING
Each family must participate in the chosen Fundraising activity for the season. Payment of $100.00 due at registration and you earn your money back once product is sold.
OVERAGE/UNDERAGE PLAYERS
Overage Players
For players wishing to play in the division below their appropriate age group must fill out an overage application form. Approval will be determined by FFMH and Hockey Manitoba.
Underage Players:
For Players wishing to play in the division above their appropriate age group must fill out an under age application form. Approval will be determined by FFMH.
REFUNDS AFTER REGISTRATION
If you are requesting a refund after the player has been registered, you must fill a FFMH Refund Request Form and hand in to your division co-ordinator or the registrar. Refunds will be determined by FFMH up to Jan.10 of the current hockey season.
